TV Chef and Food Reporter
As a pioneering BBC-TV chef, Glynn appeared three times weekly on BBC-TV BREAKFAST TIME and made location series in the Eastern Mediterranean, New Zealand, California, Sri Lanka, China, Australia plus a unique series on Thai food: GLYNN CHRISTIAN TASTES ROYAL THAILAND, which he also produced and directed.
He created and presented four series of GLYNN CHRISTIAN’S ENTERTAINING MICROWAVE, the only UK TV series on microwave cooking. He also made series on afternoon tea and on fish cookery.
A popular and busy guest on TV and radio including with Gloria Hunniford on Radio 2 and on Woman’s Hour, Glynn was regularly invited as a kitchen-problem solver.

REAL FLAVOURS – the handbook of gourmet and deli ingredients (Grub Street) was voted World’s Best Food Guide at Le Cordon Bleu World Food Media Awards.
Nigel Slater called it ‘one of the only ten books you need’: Tom Parker Bowles says it is ‘as important to the kitchen as a sharp knife’.
The book was also nominated at the Guild of Food Writers’ Awards and given a special prize at the Gourmand Food Awards in Beijing.
