Since returning to the UK Glynn Christian has been in demand as a knowledgeable and experienced judge of specialty foods and the shops that sell them.

He has regularly judged for

• The Best British Deli 
• several categories of The True Taste of Wales

In 2006 he presented a video programme about the 2006 World Cheese Awards.
